It was demonstrated that detection of TRF1, FLT-1, KDR and MMP-7 expression levels correlations and TRF1/MMP-7 index was criteria of different way for different prostate neoplasm diagnostics.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Результаты исследования уровней экспрессии мРНК TRF1, MMP-7, FLT-1, KDR и VEGF mRNA у пациентов с различными заболеваниями предстательной железы показали, что определение уровней экспрессии мРНК FLT-1/VEGF и TRF1/MMP-7 являются перспективными диагностическими индексами для дифференциальной диагностики злокачественных новообразований предстательной железы.</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>TRF1</kwd><kwd>MMP-7</kwd><kwd>FLT-1</kwd><kwd>KDR</kwd><kwd>prostate cancer</kwd><kwd>TRF1</kwd><kwd>MMP-7</kwd><kwd>FLT-1</kwd><kwd>KDR</kwd><kwd>vascular growth factors</kwd><kwd>expression levels</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>мРНК</kwd><kwd>сосудистый фактор роста</kwd><kwd>биопсия предстательной железы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Апрятин С.А., Пульбере С.А., Авдошин В.П.
