In the diagnosis of pruritus assessed personal characteristics of patients, and the relationship of itching with trauma. In the treatment of this condition have shown high efficiency of antidepressants and antipsychotics, which was confirmed by the clinic disease.В данной статье отражены особенности клиники и терапии психогенного кожного зуда у трех групп пациентов. При диагностике зуда оценивались личностные особенности пациентов, а также связь возникновения зуда с психическими травмами в анамнезе.
