Analysed 156 cases of repeated CS. Indications for the first and repeated operation, postoperative complications are studied. Discussed possible reserves to reduce the incidence of the first and repeat caesarean section.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Проведен анализ проблемы операции кесарева сечения в современном акушерстве. Проанализировано 156 случаев повторных операций кесарева сечения. Изучены показания для первой и повторной операции, послеоперационные осложнения.
