Pathogenetic mechanisms of development of microaspiration of gastric contents, and the nature of influence of microaspiration gastric contents on the bronchopulmonary system in newborns are presented.В статье дана детальная характеристика анатомо-функциональных особенностей желудочно-кишечного тракта новорожденных детей, а также выделены наиболее значимые патологические факторы, способствующие развитию функциональной патологии верхних отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта в неонатальном периоде.
