The article presents a clinical case of UAC progressed with migratory pain syndrome after an upper respiratory tract infection, early-onset spine lesions and ineffective therapy by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in patient of 11 years old. The criteria approach to the diagnosis of UAC is discussed.Ювенильный анкилозирующий спондилит (ЮАС) - тяжелое хроническое прогрессирующее заболевание, для которого характерны неспецифическая клиническая картина в дебюте и позднее поражение позвоночника. В статье приводится клиническое наблюдение ЮАС у больной 11 лет, протекавшего с мигрирующим болевым синдромом после перенесенной ОРВИ, ранней манифестацией аксиального поражения и неэффективностью терапии нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами.
