In 7 days after operation about 44% of patients had nutritional insufficiency medium and severe degree. Indicators of somatic and visceral protein pool decreased in all patients in 7 days after operation, but only changes of body weight, albumin and hematocrit had statistically significant difference.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Статья посвящена проблеме недостаточности питания среди хирургических больных при поступлении в стационар и после оперативного вмешательства. Через 7 дней после операции около 44% больных имели НП средней и тяжелой степени.
