Possibilities of application of hyaluronic acid and type IV collagen levels in serum for noninvasive diagnostics of various stages of hepatic fibrosis in children with chronic liver diseases are studied. It is established that serum concentration of these biochemical markers significantly change at the expressed sclerotic processes in hepatic tissue. Hyaluronic acid and type IV collagen are reliable noninvasive markers of severe fibrosis and cirrhosis of liver, can be used in pediatric practice for specification of a stage of process in hepatic parenchyma at impossibility of carrying out liver biopsy, and also for an estimation of dynamics of fibrosis and monitoring of efficiency of therapy at chronic liver diseases.

Изучены возможности применения уровней гиалуроновой кислоты и коллагена IV типа в сыворотке крови для неинвазивной диагностики различных стадий фиброза печени у детей с хроническими формами ее патологии. Установлено, что сывороточные концентрации этих биохимических соединений значимо изменяются при выраженных склеротических процессах в печеночной паренхиме. Гиалуроновая кислота и коллаген IV типа являются надежными неинвазивными маркерами тяжелого фиброза и цирроза печени, могут использоваться в педиатрической практике для уточнения стадии процесса при невозможности проведения пункционной биопсии печени, а также для оценки динамики темпов фиброзирования и мониторинга эффективности терапии при хронических заболеваниях печени.
