Описан опыт применения каротидных стентов последнего поколения - двухслойных саморасширяюшихся стентов 2 типов - CGuard и Casper Rx. Продемонстрированы убедительные результаты в непосредственном и раннем послеоперационном периоде, в том числе с применением оптической когерентной томографии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endovascular surgery</kwd><kwd>stenting</kwd><kwd>carotid arteries</kwd><kwd>double-layer self-expanding carotid stents</kwd><kwd>cerebral protection devices</kwd><kwd>optical coherence tomography</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндоваскулярная хирургия</kwd><kwd>стентирование</kwd><kwd>сонные артерии</kwd><kwd>двухслойные саморасширяюшиеся каротидные стенты</kwd><kwd>устройства церебральной защиты</kwd><kwd>оптическая когерент-ная томография</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Halliday A., Mansfield A. &amp; Marro J.
