Three novels by a prominent Hindi writer Mridula Garg are analysed.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В статье рассматривается круг чтения литературных героев и анализируется часто встречающийся в литературе хинди сюжет о превращении героини-читательницы в героиню-писательницу.
