Throughout this timeframe a series of important events have characterized the domestic life, tangible developments have taken place and meaningful steps have been taken to fulfill the scope aiming the full political, social, institutional and economical democratizing of Albania. In this context naturally the role and place of the mass communication tools have been of primary significance regarding the reflection and meaning of the domestic objective reality.
В статье рассматривается деятельность албанских печатных СМИ в период с 1992 по 2008 гг., который вошел в историю страны как «переходный». За указанный временной промежуток в Республике Албания произошел ряд важных событий, были сделаны значительные шаги на пути политической, общественной, институциональной и экономической демократизации Албании. Не удивительно, что роль СМИ в отражении и понимании объективной реальности в стране в указанный период являлась ключевой.
