The basic attention is given to the analysis of features of the Kadiss constitution and its specific institutes apprehended in some countries of Europe and Latin America.Статья посвящена первой национальной конституции Испании — Кадисской конституции 1812 г., принятой 200 лет назад, и ее влиянию на латиноамериканский конституционализм.
