Made suggestions about the development of a unified state policy in the sphere of legal regulation of sport in the implementation of sanctions which the government would be applicable in respect of acts of violence in contact sports. Proved the need for specialized legislation for the successful resolution of the problem.В статье рассмотрены актуальные проблемы правового регулирования проявлений насилия в спорте в Австралии. Сделаны предложения по поводу выработки единой политики государства в области правового регулирования спорта, при реализации которой государственные санкции могли бы быть применимы в отношении насильственных действий в контактных видах спорта.
