Special attention is paid to the reigning of lugal Ur-Namma, the founder of the III dynasty of Ur and the creator of the first law code in the history of mankind.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Статья посвящена анализу специфической политико-правовой культуры и клинописного права древних шумеров, их концепции «священного царства» и «справедливого правления».
