The Author addresses to analysis one of a such aspect of the problem - a question about the base determination of the notion «terrorism» on foundation of the study of the multiple scientific works of the foreign jurisprudents, that has allowed to show the differences in the determinations of the Terrorism nowadays.
Статья посвящена изучению актуальной и значимой проблемы, исследование которой будет способствовать выработке способов борьбы с международным терроризмом. Автор обращается к анализу такого аспекта, как вопрос о базовом определении понятия «терроризм» на основе изучения многочисленных научных работ зарубежных террологов, что позволило показать различия в определениях терроризма и выявить сущностные признаки, определяющие содержание исследуемого явления.
