It considers in detail restrictions on access of foreigners to real estate acquisition, in particular, it separately analyzes historically developed restrictions and restrictions in frontier areas.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Статья посвящена анализу прав иностранцев на приобретение недвижимости в государствах - членах Европейского Союза.
