The analysis is made on the base of the research of Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council which are considered to be an effective instrument of harmonization of member states legislation.В статье исследуется проблема правового статуса электронных денег, рассматривается определение этого понятия, а также правовой статус учреждений, осуществляющих выпуск электронных денег.
