The article analyzes different questions concerning by the Durban declaration already regulating by other international Conventions and those issues that need to be regulated out of this Declaration. The article deals also with the new international mechanism to implement that Declaration.В статье рассматривается международно-правовое значение Дурбанского процесса против расизма, расовой дискриминации, ксенофобии и связанной с ними нетерпимости. Статья анализирует затрагиваемые данной Декларацией правовые проблемы, которые уже регулируются другими международными конвенциями. Настоящее исследование выявляет некоторые вопросы, которые не должны были войти в Дурбанскую декларацию в силу ряда причин.
