The author examines the structuralism approach to the understanding of core-periphery relations and illustrates the dynamics of these relations during the Cold War and the limitations of superpowers involvement in the region.В данной работе сделана попытка найти ответы на эти вопросы и показать сложность взаимодействия двух систем: мирового «порядка» как такового и «внутреннего устройства» региона.
