Three NATO's Strategic Concepts of 1991, 1999 and 2010 are under comparative analysis.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Статья посвящена рассмотрению концептуальной основы появления и последующего расширения невоенных аспектов деятельности НАТО после окончания «холодной войны».
