Main principles of NATO’s concept of humanitarian intervention and its application in the territory of former Yugoslavia, in Afghanistan, Iraq and Sudan are under analysis.Статья посвящена рассмотрению основных аспектов гуманитарной деятельности НАТО после окончания «холодной войны».
