Besides, the authors examine the concept «responsibility to protect», which served as a pretext to start the military operation in this country. At the end authors consider consequences of the Gaddafi’s regime overthrow for the African region.В статье рассматриваются действия внешних акторов как западных стран, так и африканских государств по отношению к Ливии во время конфликта 2011 года. Проводится анализ концепции «обязанность защищать», послужившей предлогом для начала операции в этой стране.
