This article analyzes the consultative process of the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the positions of countries in negotiations, divided into two groups: donor countries and recipient countries. Concerning the consultative process, a detailed analysis of the main groups was submitted, along with the structure of the negotiations and the various mechanisms that provided for an unprecedented open and comprehensive negotiating process. Furthermore, a detailed review of the countries' positions in the Open Working Group (OWG), that includes a comparative analysis of the donor country statements (traditional, new, and Arab donors) and statements from recipient countries (by region). In conclusion, the success that countries have achieved in the SDGs’ negotiation process, give much hope for further progressive work and opportunity solving global world problems.25 сентября 2015 г. на юбилейной 70-й сессии ГА ООН 193 страны приняли обширный и амбициозный набор целей в области устойчивого развития. В данной статье анализируется консультативный процесс по разработке Целей устойчивого развития, а также позиции стран на переговорах, разделенные на две группы: страны-доноры и страны-реципиенты. Представлен подробный анализ основных групп, структуры переговоров и различных механизмов, обеспечивающих беспрецедентную открытость и всесторонность переговорного процесса. Представлен подробный обзор позиций стран на площадке Открытой рабочей группы, включающий в себя сравнительный анализ заявлений стран-доноров (традиционных, новых и арабских доноров) и заявлений стран-реципиентов (по регионам).
