Рассмотрены проблемы академической мобильности студентов и молодых ученых в рамках СНГ, рассматриваются возможности решения проблемы посредством создания сетевых образовательных структур, прежде всего Сетевого открытого университета СНГ, обозначены организационные, финансовые и др. проблемы реализации этого проекта.
