The article deals with the basic characteristics of university networks that emerged in the last decade in developing countries. The authors analyzed the model, sources of financing, the organization of educational process, teaching of languages and the number of students in the university network, as well as the main mechanisms that allow open network structure of education in different countries of the world. The authors also address the main reasons for encouraging networking of foreign universities.Статья посвящена сетевому взаимодействию зарубежных университетов, в частности рассматривается опыт взаимодействия вьетнамских и китайских университетов с ведущими университетами мира по реализации совместных образовательных проектов. В статье рассматриваются основные характеристики сетевых университетов, открытых в последнее десятилетие в развивающихся странах мира. Авторами анализируются модели, источники финансирования, организация учебного процесса, языки преподавания, контингент учащихся в сетевых университетах. А также основные законодательные акты, позволяющие открывать сетевые образовательные структуры в разных странах мира.
