Central component of the educational program is a system of aims, which characterizes the model of a graduate, is the result of activities of the educational system. In the modern context - competence model of the graduate. The key moments of analysis of the needs of the specialty was provided. As well as the experience in preparation for the implementation of the modular competency approach, stated as the basis of state educational standards of higher professional education. The various aspects of the development of the basic professional educational program on a specialty 5B011100-computerwere discussed.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Описываются этапы разработки, внедрения, мониторинга и оценки эффективности образовательной программы. Центральный компонент образовательной программы - модель выпускника - результат деятельности образовательной системы. Приведены ключевые моменты анализа потребности специальности. Описан опыт по подготовке к реализации модульно-компетентностного подхода, заявленного в качестве основы государственных образовательных стандартов высшего профессионального образования Республики Казахстан.
