The article examines the position of Singapore in various international rankings, such as the Global Competitiveness Index, Human Development Index, Ease of Doing Business Index, Democracy Index, World Press Freedom Index, the dynamics of changes in the country's position in each of the above-mentioned rankings was determined. It was found that the country improves and maintains top positions in such indices as the Global Competitiveness Index, Human Development Index and Ease of Doing Business Index, but at the same time worsens its positions in the rankings reflecting the level of citizens' rights and freedoms.

В статье рассмотрена позиция Сингапура в различных международных рейтингах, таких как Индекс конкурентоспособности стран, Индекс человеческого развития, Индекс легкости ведения бизнеса, Индекс демократии., Индекс свободы прессы, была определена динамика изменения позиции страны в каждом из вышеперечисленных рейтингов. Было выявлено, что страна улучшает и сохраняет топовые позиции в таких индексах как Индекс конкурентоспособности, Индекс человеческого развития и Индекс легкости ведения бизнеса, но в то же время ухудшает свое положение в рейтингах, отражающих уровень прав и свобод граждан.
