The topic of gas pipeline construction in this study is highly relevant today. The purpose of the study of the article is to consider the analysis of the project to connect the gas pipeline between South-North Korea and Russia. The article discusses such issues, the possibility of implementing an associated petroleum gas (APG) project from North Korea to South Korea, a comparison of two liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and APG delivery lines, economic consequences for the three countries. As a result, conclusion is an extremely beneficial project for all interested parties, provided that it is launched and successfully completed, South Korea, North Korea and Russia will be able to receive economic benefits. North Korea will be able to receive additional income from transit duties and an additional incentive for regional development through participation in the construction of APG, which will undoubtedly help alleviate the energy shortage throughout the Korean Peninsula.

Будут рассмотрены такие вопросы, как возможность осуществления проекта доставки попутного нефтяного газа (ПНГ) из Северной Кореи в Южную Корею, сравнение двух линий доставки сжиженного нефтяного газа (СНГ) и ПНГ, экономические последствия для трех стран. В результате можно сделать вывод, что это крайне выгодный проект для всех заинтересованных сторон, при условии его запуска и успешного завершения, Южная Корея, Северная Корея и Россия смогут получить экономическую выгоду. Северная Корея сможет получить дополнительный доход за счёт транзитных пошлин и дополнительный стимул для регионального развития за счет участия в строительстве ПНГ, что несомненно поможет смягчить дефицит энергии на всем Корейском полуострове.
