Criteria for classifying a company as a transnational company (TNC) are being investigated. The company's internal and international activities are briefly described, the structure of its products (services provided) is presented. The level of nationalization of the company's activities was estimated, indicators were calculated: nationalization index, network expansion index, internationalization index, FDI ease index. An analysis of the distribution of the company's activities in different regions of the world (total number, sales of products, assets) was carried out. The peculiarities of the company's trans-nationalization and the impact of the epidemic on its foreign activities were revealed.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><italic>В данной статье проведен анализ деятельности телекоммуникационной компании Etisalat (ОАЭ). Исследуются критерии классификации компании как транснациональной компании (ТНК). Кратко охарактеризована внутристрановая и международная деятельность компании, представлена структура ее продуктов (оказываемых услуг). Оценен уровень национализации деятельности компании, рассчитаны показатели: индекс национализации, индекс расширения сети, индекс интернационализации, индекс легкости ПИИ. Проведен анализ распределения деятельности компании в разных регионах мира (общее количество, продажи продукции, активы).
