The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of the activities of the Mikhailovsky priority development area the Primorsky Krai on the dynamics of the main socio-economic indicators of the region. The analysis was carried out on the basis of a comparison of macro- and microeconomic statistical indicators of the region and its Mikhailovsky district in order to identify an indirect assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning given by the priority development area. The paper gives a brief description of the economy and the current problems of the development of Primorsky Krai - the outflow of the population and the lack of investment activity. The main goals and features of the creation of the Mikhailovsky priority development areaand its main enterprises are given. The main trends in the socio-economic development of the Primorsky Krai in 2018-2021 associated with the functioning of the Mikhailovsky priority development areas have been identified. On the basis of the study, the following trends can be traced: an increase in the share of agricultural production, investments of residents, export volumes of products, this priority development areas in the overall corresponding indicators of Primorsky Krai.

Статья посвящена анализу влияния деятельности территории опережающего развития (ТОР) «Михайловский» в Приморском крае на динамику основных социально-экономических показателей региона. Анализ проведен на основе сравнения макро- и микроэкономических статистических показателей края и его района «Михайловский» для выявления косвенной оценки эффективности функционирования данной ТОР. В работе дана краткая характеристика экономики и текущих проблем развития Приморского края – оттока населения и недостатка инвестиционной активности. Приводятся цели и особенности создания ТОР «Михайловский» и его основных предприятий. Выявлены основные тенденции социально-экономического развития Приморского края в 2018-2021 гг., связанные с функционированием ТОР «Михайловский». На основе проведенного исследования прослеживаются следующие тенденции: увеличение доли объемов продукции сельскохозяйственного производства, инвестиций резидентов, объемов экспорта продукции данной ТОР в общих соответствующих показателях Приморского края.
