The main research instrument is analyzis of leading world organizations data in frames of innovation policy, and estimation of theoretical innovation clusters typologies existed in terms of international and Russian experience. Key trends of Russian pilot innovation territorial clusters’ further development are identified: at present the type of innovation-industrial clusters with state-monopoly management and principally state financing model is dominated.Исследованы и определены наиболее объективные типы классификации инновационных кластеров для их использования на российском рынке. Проведен анализ данных ведущих мировых организаций по вопросам иинновационной политики, а также оценка существующих теоретических типологий инновационных кластеров в контексте международного и российского опыта.
