The author considers resource curse as an inconsistency institutional systems of ecology-economic relations in these countries. Such institutional traps, formed in resource management sphere, objectively cause an aggravation of contradictions in systems of ecology-economic relations and interfere with sustainable development achievement. В статье рассматриваются проблемы учета природного богатства, наблюдающиеся в таких ресурсообеспеченных странах как Россия и Норвегия. «Ресурсное проклятье» автор рассматривает как несостоятельность институциональной системы эколого-экономических отношений в этих странах.
