Russia’s indicator amounts to less than 9%. At this article the author argues the necessity to create the service of competitive reconnaissance (intelligence), analyzing expenditures and potential benefits of such services.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">Статья посвящена относительно новому для российской деловой практики явлению — конкурентной разведке. Конкурентной разведкой занимаются 99% фирм Японии, 8% фирм США, 75% фирм Великобритании. В России эта цифра едва доходит до 9%.
