Based on the analysis, facts of ineffective waste management, lack of operational control and systematization of data in the system of urban sanitation of the city were revealed, which is due to the lack of necessary technical training at the level of the city government - the city council of Bissau. The identified local reasons for the insufficient quality and efficiency of the provided services for sanitation of the city are financial constraints and lack of qualified personnel. On the other hand, the problem is the lack of a sustainable waste management policy at the country level.</p>
Вместе с тем проблема заключается в отсутствии на уровне страны политики устойчивого управления отходами.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>municipal solid waste</kwd><kwd>morphological composition</kwd><kwd>city sanitation</kwd><kwd>integrated management</kwd><kwd>municipality</kwd><kwd>financial aspects</kwd><kwd>social aspects</kwd><kwd>technological aspects</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>твердые городские отходы</kwd><kwd>морфологический состав</kwd><kwd>санитарная очистка города</kwd><kwd>комплексное управление отходами</kwd><kwd>муниципалитет</kwd><kwd>финансовые аспекты</kwd><kwd>социальные аспекты</kwd><kwd>технологические аспекты</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bastos B A De, Rodriguez GG, Teixeira TCMS, Arraez VS Yes.
