Polysaccharides of basidiomycetes are widely used in various sectors of the national economy. Traditionally, the use of basidiomycetes is carried out in three main areas: pharmaceutical, food and environmental. In this regard, the need for these biopolymers is steadily increasing and requires the study of the properties of promising polysaccharides of fungal origin. To date, their introduction into production is an urgent task of modern biotechnology.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время во многих странах мира возрос интерес к поиску и изучению биологически активных соединений среди высших базидиомицетов. Полисахариды базидиомицетов находят широкое применение в различных отраслях народного хозяйства. Традиционно использование базидиомицетов проводится по трем основным направлениям: фармацевтическое, пищевое и экологическое. В связи с этим потребность в этих биополимерах неуклонно возрастает и требует изучения свойств перспективных полисахаридов грибного происхождения.
