It is difficult to calculate the surface runoff value. Overview of the runoff modules from urban watersheds with various degrees of urbanization is presented. Some results of our evaluation of the values for the watersheds of the Volkovka and Okhta rivers of St. Petersburg are considered. The evaluation was carried out with usage of our own methodology. The results of our research are compared with ones of other researches. The comparison demonstrates that urbanization significantly influences at intakes of the nutrients and pollutants into water object. The surface runoff is the main source of the pollutants and nutrients intakes into water objects from urban areas.</p>
Рассеянный поверхностный сток является основным источником поступления в водные объекты токсических веществ и соединений азота и фосфора с городских территорий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Urbanization</kwd><kwd>surface runoff</kwd><kwd>runoff modules</kwd><kwd>eutrophication</kwd><kwd>toxic pollution of water objects</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>урбанизация</kwd><kwd>поверхностный сток</kwd><kwd>модуль стока</kwd><kwd>эвтрофирование</kwd><kwd>загрязнение водных объектов</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Klubov SM, Тretyakov VYu.
