This article proposes a possible mechanism for the action of electromagnetic radiation of low power on a living organism through a liquid medium.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Воздействие электромагнитных полей как природного происхождения, так и техногенного характера в общественных местах и на производстве в связи с растущей тенденцией использования электронных устройств может оказывать неблагоприятное влияние на здоровье человека.
