The present study was aimed to find the effective molecular markers for estimation of genetic variation in model species. The results are important for evaluation of the relict biota in Baikal Siberia. The paper presents results of estimation of genetic variety in two relict plant species Anemone baicalensis Turcz. and Eranthis sibirica DC. on data of several genetic markers ( ITS1 , ITS2 , rps12-rpl20 , psbA-trnH ).
и Eranthis sibirica DC.</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Baikal Siberia</kwd><kwd>Genetic markers</kwd><kwd>ecological status assessment of unique ecosystems</kwd><kwd>Relict species</kwd><kwd>Endangered species</kwd><kwd>Refugium</kwd><kwd>Global climate change</kwd><kwd>Khamar-Daban</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Байкальская Сибирь</kwd><kwd>байкальская природная территория</kwd><kwd>молекулярно-генетические маркеры</kwd><kwd>методы оценки состояния уникальных экосистем</kwd><kwd>реликтовые виды</kwd><kwd>редкие и исчезающие виды</kwd><kwd>рефугиум</kwd><kwd>глобальное изменение климата</kwd><kwd>хр.
