The law edition was preceded by stage nig reconcile working and correction of mistakes, considerable experience of lawmaking and practical application which will be useful at creation of similar legislative norms in Russia as a result is stored. In article aspects both standard and financial regulation of access to the ecological information are reflected.
В середине 90-х закон об экологической информации в ФРГ стал важнейшим шагом в развитии административного аппарата, этапом и прорывом в борьбе с бюрократизмом системы управления ФРГ. Он открыл новые возможности для граждан взаимодействовать с органами власти и влиять на них.
