These methods are based on the physiological characteristics of the gastrointestinal tract of humans. A comparison of ten methods. Methods PBET and SBET described in detail.</abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru">В статье рассмотрены лабораторные методы оценки оральной биодоступности металлов и металлоидов из загрязненных почв (in vitro тесты). Данные методы основаны на физиологических особенностях желудочно-кишечного тракта человека.
