Applications for several interesting cases are considered in detail.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p style="text-align: justify;">Предлагается новый подход, основанный на анализе влияния одиночного возмущения, в качестве теста для свойства отслеживания для широкого класса динамических систем (в частности, неавтономных) при различных возмущениях.
