Geometry and forming of the polyhedral Box tYpe surfaces on base cyclic surface

Abstract

The article concerns the questions of the formation of the thin-walled constructions with cross sections in the form of polyhedral. The bases of such constructions are cyclic surfaces with some line of the centers and the law of change of the radius of the generating circle. There are received the vector equation of the box-type surfaces with different number of the sides of the polyhedral. The coefficients of the main forms of the surfaces are received also.

Abstract

The problem on equilibrium of a crack on border of connection of materials at action of external normal loadings and tractions in the bonds interfering its disclosing, is reduced to system nonlinear singular the integro-differential equations with a nucleus such as Cauchy. The condition of limit equilibrium of a crack with a tip zones is formulated, taking account in view of criterion of limit traction of the bonds.

Предложены модели сопротивлению бетона сдвигу арматуры, как упруго-пластического материала с упрочнением, использующие деформационные критерии предельных состояний в точках перелома. Дается вывод расчетных формул определения расстояния между трещинами, ширины их раскрытия, с необходимым экспериментальным обоснованием.

Abstract

Работа посвящена разработке методики моделирования длительного поведения многослойных композитных конструкций под постоянными сложными нагрузками. Конкретно рассматривается вопрос об оценке длительной прочности некоторой модели из композита стеклопластик-дерево по критерию длительной прочности Гольденблата-Копнова. Рассматриваемая модель является ортотропной трехслойной плитой типа «сэндвич», верхний и нижний слои которой выполнены из стеклотекстолита КАСТ-В, а средний слой - дерево (сосна).Исследование показало, что для подобного типа конструкции использование упомянутого критерия прочности возможно.

Abstract

The rod finite element providing displacement compatibility in case of eccentric connection a rod with a thin plate in the direction along the interface circuit is developed. This approach to the approximation of displacements allows to reduce the discontinuities of the rod internal forces on nodes. The results of the reinforced plate calculation showing a significant increasing of the solution accuracy in the comparison with the traditional procedure of discretization of plate-rod systems are presented.

Abstract

For the determination of the stress-strain state of plates which are under flat loading, a volume finite element with quadrilateral cross-section and with the nodal unknown displacements and their derivatives is used. For a node on the border junction of the plates at an arbitrary angle α, it is obtained relations between the nodal unknowns of one plate, taken as main one and the plate adjacent to the main plane with angle α. Two cases are considered: a plate of homogeneous material and a plate made of dissimilar materials.

Abstract

There was made a comparison of the experimental results, which were made on the basis of rolled metal thin-sheet profiles arch's full-size shift under the wind load influence on the one hand, and computer modeling results by the method, which was described in the article of Veselev, Yurii and Karabutov, Michael Reduction of rolled U-shaped profiles with reduced rigid features to an even T-shaped profile. Measurement of the arch'points shift was made in the quarter and in the middle of the arch's angular opening with the wind speed of 9 m/c. The arch modeling was based on the Solid Works software package as well as the modeling of wind flow by means of the virtual aerodynamic tunnel's construction was based on the COSMOSFloWorks software package. The methodological basis of the research are the Navier-Stokes equation and the equation of the condition of the fluid medium's components. The results are the estimation and comparison of the maximal arch shifts under experiment and computer modeling as well as the substantiation of all results.
