Abstract

Modern production technologies are "short-lived". They quickly progressed continuously increasing knowledge-based, requiring all engineers, included in the process, not only the ap- propriate level of intellectual development, but scientific and social development, which ad- vance and give an opportunity to see and evaluate the possible options for follow-turns technological. The ability to predict the processes of technological and social development become vital for the competitiveness of engineering and technical professionals. It requires continuous training and psychological self to the success of the subject in the new environment.
