Abstract
The article offers the analysis of the relationship between state and enterprise at the stage of original accumulation of capital. The author scrutinizes the major factors affecting the process of original accumulation of capital and creating hindrances to the development of Russian entrepreneurship. Following the appropriate research the guidelines for recovery from the crisis are offered.
