Abstract

Personal professional identity is a complex psychological phenomenon. Its development largely contributes to professional self-actualization. The article provides an analysis of the notion psychological barrier and emphasizes the main reasons for the existing of psychological barriers in innovation activity. It also examines basic tendencies of the development of professional identity.
