Abstract


Within the context of diasynchronic approach to learning the predictable linguistic processes the terms of «changing» and «developing» are characterized and specialized by the conceptions of «relative» and «absolute» progress. The linguadidactic interpretation for the examples of the linguistic and extra-linguistic influence on the language system of all levels functioning are presented.
