The article is devoted to research of administrative reform in context of influence of its results on conditions of interaction of the population with the state apparatus. In the article are analyzed the problems of existence in Russian Federation of administrative barriers and opportunities of their restriction by introduction of the administrative rules, increase of quality of state services, creation of informational centers.

In the article is analyzed the effectiveness of local self-management in Russia. The author ties the level of effectiveness of self-management with coordination of public authority and the bodies of municipal self-management. The author analyzes the mechanism of this coordination by the example of Moscow.

In the given article are considered the issues of influence of current state of religiousness in Russia and Europe on socio-political realities. The stress is made on a problem of actualization of religion as a basis of cultural-civilization identity that demanded new political strategies. These strategies are necessary based on the principle of tolerance.

In the given article are analysed the methodological foundations of study of problems of regionalization of ethnicity in transit countries in conditions of disproportional development of territories.

History of research of the international politics in China is not very long. But in the past decade, with the rise of China's international status, this sphere has obtained an unprecedented development in China. Chinese institutions of higher education make a great effort to promote its development. Not only making a substantial increase in the number of students in this major, but also promoting the study of international issues to a climax. Main characteristics of the international political studies in China are: Chinese scholars pay close attention to the hot issues of contemporary international issues; work closely with the forefront research theories; the scope of the study involves all aspects. In addition to these, Chinese scholars are diligently deriving strength from the Chinese traditional culture through the development of the «harmonious world theory». At the same time, the author also points out some problems that exist in this research domain.

The article is devoted to the analysis of current condition of informational-communicative system of Russia, which, as author noted, truly reflects social and political processes in the society in every period of its development. The key problems of Russia's informational politics nowadays are different levels of informational resources available for people in different regions and excessive commercialization of mass-media.
