The influence of student associations on higher education policy

Abstract

The article deals with the theme of the influence of student associations on high school policy. There are examples of the first European student associations and their work with students and academic staff of the university. The author outlines the reason of disappearing of student corporations in the Russian Empire. Also the article describes how students attempt to create a modern corporation, their orientation and goals.
