To the Problem of Closure of Differential Systems with Degenerating Diffusion

Abstract

It is built the Lagrange, Hamilton and Birkhoff equations by properties of movement in the class of stochastic differential Ito equations in the presence of random perturbing forces from the class of processes with independent increments. The received results are illustrated on an example of movement of Earth’s satellite under the action of gravitation’s and aerodynamics forces.
