Abstract

The use of conduit in the radical correction of complex congenital heart disease (CCHD), such as pulmonary atresia, ventricle septal defect (II type) with origin of left pulmonary artery from ascending aorta, is the operation of choice in the presence of anomalous origin of coronary arteries at anterior wall of right ventricular outflow tract (RVOFT).
