Characteristics of cardiac function state in an acute experimental hemodynamic overload of the left ventricle

Blagonravov M.L.

Abstract

On animal model of an acute hemodynamic overload of the left ventricle (LV) caused by the artificial aortic stenosis, some characteristics of left and right ventricular contractive activity and diastolic function were studied. It was found that a sudden increase in afterload leads to a significant reduction of contractive activity and potential working capacity of both ventricles. LV also suffers from diastolic dysfunction.

Features of blood microcirculation in the skin at children

Gurova O.A., Kozlov V.I.

Abstract

The characteristics of a skin blood microcirculation by method of laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) in 70 children at the age from 4 till 7 years are studied. During this period of life, gradual decrease in intensity of blood microcirculation in the skin is observed. For surveyed children three types of microcirculation are characteristic: mesohaemic, hypohaemic and hiperhaemic. Mesohaemic type of microcirculation (51,4% of children) prevails with balanced sympathetic and parasympathetic regulatory influences.

Mizaushev B.A., Aslanov A.D., Taukenova l.I., Ishaq L.N., Havpachev A.S., Edigov A.T.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the survey and treatment of 108 patients admitted with the clinical relapse of chronic critical ischemia of lower extremities that arose at different times after the primary reconstructive operations. In a special survey of patients revealed that 40.7% of cases there was an objective reason for the development of postoperative complications and recurrence of critical ischemia. All patients were operated on again in the light of the identified causes, preventive measures taken by the development of complications. Obtained good results - in 78,7% of cases arterial blood flow restored. The optimal method of repeated reconstructive interventions depending on the cause of relapse of chronic critical limb ischemia, developed indications and methods of combined treatment with the development of postoperative complications after the primary reconstructive interventions. It performs the following operations: resection of abdominal aortic aneurysm, aorto-bifemoralnoe prosthetics, multilevel bypass limb, femoral-tibial artery bypass technique «in situ», thrombectomy and autogenous vein anastomosis and profundoplasty.

Kovchur P.I., Bahlaev I.E.

Abstract

This research is devoted to determination of the clinical efficacy of Panavir in the combined therapy of the uterine cervix diseases associated with human papillomavirus (HPV). The article presents data of the complex examination of 59 patients. Patients with diagnosed 16th, 18th, 31st, 33rd types of HPV underwent destructive methods of treatment of the cervix followed by Panavir. The efficacy of Panavir was estimated by PCR in 3, 6 and 12 months from the beginning of treatment and it was 84,7%. Antiviral therapy permits to prevent recurrence of papillomavirus infection of the cervix uteri.

Our experience of lymphotropic antibiotic therapy during post-operational period of patients who underwent surgery of major joints. research of lipid peroxidation processes and anti-oxidant protection system in red-cell membrane

Zagorodnyi N.V., Azizov M.J., Shakirov H.H.

Abstract

Aim: to study lymphotropic antibiotics therapy for prevention of postoperative inflammatory complications after the surgery on the major joints. Two groups of patients were involved in this study. In the first group, prophylaxis of infection has been carried out according to traditional scheme including intravenous injections of antibiotics, whereas in the second group antibiotic therapy - through lymphotropic injections. Blood (erythrocytes) analyses had been doing in dynamics - prior to treatment, on the 3rd and 10th days after the operation. Strength of content of malon dialdehyde (MD) and systemic lipids have been measured in the red-cell membrane. Condition of antioxidant protection (AOP) has been evaluated according to the activity of superoxide dismutase (SD), catalase, glutathione peroxidase (GP) and glutathione reductase (GSR) enzymes. It is established that lymphotropic antiobiotic therapy allows to decrease in a greater degree the destructive effect of lipids peroxidation processes, to increase potential capacity of AOP enzymes, to restore barrier-filtration and transportation-drainage function of lymphatic vessels that favorably effects on the processes of reparation and physiological regeneration of damaged tissues.

The peculiarities of parametrical changes of free radical oxidation, endogenic intoxication and liver condition at treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with progesteron and utrogestan

Saleh R.H.

Abstract

Peculiarities of changes in free radical oxidation, endogenic intoxication and functional condition of liver were studied in patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding at treatment with Progesteron and Utrogestan. It is shown that the level of free radical oxidation increases and the activity of antioxidant protection decreases on the background of elevated endogenic intoxication. It is accompanied by decrease of the liver protein synthetical function and increase activity of tracer enzymes - cytolyses markers. Progesteron increases endogenic intoxication and hypoalbuminemia on the background of increased activity of peroxide lipids oxidation in case of initial liver's function disorder. Utrogestan increases hypoalbuminemia on the background of increased activity of tracer enzymes along with decreased intensivity of peroxide lipids oxidation and preservation of depression of antioxidatic protection and endointoxication. These changes are necessary for considering at treatment planning.

The comparative characteristic of influence separate statin on rheological properties erythrocyre at sick of the arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia

Medvedev I.N., Skorjatina I.А.

Abstract

The purpose - comparative investigation of influence of inhibitors hydroxy-methyllglutaril co-enzyme A-reductase - Fluvastatin, Lovastatin and Simvastatin on rheological properties of erythrocytes in patients with arterial hypertension and dyslipidemia. The total number of enrolled patients was 95 and all of them had arterial hypertension 1-2 degrees, risk 3 and dyslipidemia II type (recommendation VNOK, 2007). The average age of patients was 52,4 ± 2,6 yrs. The control group included 26 healthy people of similar age. Patients have been divided into 3 comparable, homogeneous groups according to administration either Fluvastatin or Lovastatin or Simvastatin for 12 months in each group. Administration of Fluvastatin and Lovastatin in patients with arterial hypertension with dyslipidemia within 1 year is capable to reduce activity lipid oxidations of lipids in erythrocyte membranes, its deformation changes and aggregation activity whereas the therapy by Simvastatin allows the erythrocyte activity to reach the values in control group.

Abstract

Article is devoted to the problems of providing qualified medical health care to population. By the author`s opinion, the solving of this problem is impossible without wide-spread introducing of system of standards in public health service. Standardizing must be spread in all quality components: structural, technological and resulting. Authors prove imperfections of existing technological standards on the example of gynaecological service. Other standards are too old, or are not still worked out until nowadays. Working out of standards - is a priority aim, which can increase public health services efficiency.
